I believe that true healing happens when we stop treating the mind and body as separate entities.

My path to psychiatry was forged in the high-stakes environment of critical care. With 6 years of nursing experience, I saw firsthand how thin the line is between physical illness and mental distress. During the height of the COVID pandemic, I witnessed a universal decline in mental well-being that spared no one: patients, families, and even myself. This realization that mental health is a fundamental human struggle, regardless of background, ignited my passion to transition into the psychiatric space as a provider.

During my training, I refined many of my skills here at Abundant Life Psychiatric Services. The mentorship of this team has helped sharpen my expertise in assessment and medication management for every patient I see.

My goal is to bridge the gap between medicine and wellness. I leverage my heavy medical background to provide grounded, evidence-based care, while incorporating psychiatric medication when appropriate to help patients reclaim their stability and rediscover their purpose.
